To help you make the most of your visit, please review the following guidelines and information before you arrive.

Arrival & Check-In
Guests are asked to check in upon arrival at the Golf Shop or at Reception. If you’re joining a member for golf, please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tee time to allow for check-in and warm-up.

• Parking is available in the main lot.
• Bag drop is located at the front entrance of the clubhouse.

Dress Code
Beach Grove maintains a standard of dress that reflects the traditions of the game and the welcoming atmosphere of our clubhouse.
On the Course:

• Collared or mock-neck golf shirts are required.
• Tailored pants or golf shorts are appropriate.
• Golf shoes with soft spikes only.
• No denim, athletic wear, or cargo-style shorts.

In the Clubhouse:

• Smart casual attire is expected.
• Denim is permitted if clean and in good condition (no tears or distressing).
• Hats and visors should be removed in dining areas.
• Footwear is required at all times.

Cell Phones & Technology
To preserve the relaxed, social atmosphere of the club, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices be used discreetly and respectfully.

• Voice calls should be taken in private or designated areas.
• Photography is welcomed, but please be mindful of others’ privacy.
• Streaming, speaker use, or video calls are not permitted in dining areas.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted:
               On the golf course, but not near the 1^st & 10^th tees or practice facilities
               In the designated smoking area, which may change
Pace of Play & Course Etiquette
We encourage all golfers to maintain a pace of play of four hours or less for 18 holes.
Please:

• Repair ball marks and replace divots.
• Rake bunkers after use.
• Allow faster groups to play through when appropriate.
• Show courtesy to fellow players and staff at all times.

Dining at the Club
Guests are welcome to enjoy our dining facilities before or after their round.

• Reservations are recommended and may be made by your host member.
• Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Payments & Gratuities

Beach Grove operates primarily on a member charge system. Non-members may settle purchases in designated outlets via credit card if accompanied by a member.
Gratuities are always appreciated and may be added to your bill at your discretion.
Club Access
Guests may enjoy access to the golf course, practice facilities, and clubhouse during their visit when accompanied by a member. Certain areas of the club may be reserved exclusively for members. Our staff will be happy to assist should you have any questions.
Conduct & Courtesy
We kindly ask all guests to respect our members, staff, and facilities. Beach Grove prides itself on maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.
